Carole Ann Davis, age 81, passed away on December 3, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of 41 years to Byard "Skip" Davis, dear mother of David Lawrence, dear stepmother of Carol Ann Mekins and her husband, Jimmy and the late Kenneth Davis and his wife Keri.  She was also the loving sister of Jimmy and cherished sister-in-law of Karen and Donald Berry and Kathy and Mark Jordan and his wife Heather. She was the loving sister of Jimmy Surgeon and daughter of Mildred Louise Surgeon and adoring aunt of Vivian Reed and cousin Joann Persinger.  Carole was blessed with grandchildren Austin Lawrence, Madeline Harper, Jake Davis, Chris Mekins and Jennifer Wright and her husband,  Damian.  She also leaves behind her great grandchildren Madison and Cameron Wright and Kristi and Caroline Mekins as well as her cousin Dinah Hirshaur with whom she was very close.  Carole is reunited with her dogs, D.O.G., Suni and Sammy.

Carole was born in West Virginia and relocated to Baltimore City before settling in Pasadena.  She graduated from Greenbrier High School. Among the various companies the she worked for, she retired from the Board of Realtors. She loved birds and animals and enjoyed gardening.  She also loved her dogs and cats and was a devoted mother and loving wife.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-7PM where a service will be held at 7:00PM.

Carole will truly be missed....
