Ann Himmel passed away on March 28, 2012 in Denton, MD at 86 years old.  She was the loving wife of the late Harry John Himmel, dear mother of Sandra A. Dahling of Millersville and Karen J. Platzke of Felton, DE, beloved grandmother of Brittany Platzke, Wendy O'Dea and Edward Dahling III and great grandmother of Kristin Stadler, Kaylee o'Dea and Abigail Dahling.  Her family was her love. Ann worked as a retail associate for Hallmark greeting cards in Glen Burnie for 25 years before retiring in 1995.  She was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of St. Philip Neri Church. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at St. Philip Neri Church at 9:00 AM and interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements and services are being handled by Fink Funeral Home, P.A. in Glen Burnie.
