Albert Nelson Rowe, age 65, passed away on January 5, 2017.  He was the dear son of the late Palmer Newman and Margaret M. (nee Staup), beloved husband of Eva (nee Jankovich), devoted father of twins, Eve M. Hiers and her husband  D'Andera and Paula Belange and her husband Joseph, III, loving brother of Brenda E. Rowe and 4 deceased siblings.  He was the cherished grandfather of Brandon and Brooke Belange and Jordan and Malia Hiers as well as many nieces and nephews.  He was also "Dad" to his dogs, Gizmo who was his "little snack buddy" and Minnie, his parrot Rosie and Zoe the cat. Al was born in Severn, MD.  He was  an electrical maintenance mechanic in the machine repair industry but in fact he was a "jack of all trades".  He had a big personality and loved socializing with friends and neighbors and was enjoyable to be around.  His "last job" was being the caretaker of his grandchildren, Brandon and Brooke Belange.  Among his many interests, he enjoyed fishing and gambling but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will truly be missed.......
