On January 5, 2012, Aileen N. Plitzko, 88, passed away. She was the devoted wife of 42+ years of the late Joseph C., beloved mother of Ronald J. and David Lee Plitzko, Bonnie R. DeVincent and loving sister of Patricia Fessler, dear grandmother of 7 grand and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, her parents, Clyde and Mary Able, her son Joseph, Jr., 2 sisters and 1 brother. Aileen graduated from Glen Burnie High School. She and her husband owned "Joe and Aileen's Tavern" for 40 years on Fort Smallwood Rd before selling it in 1996. She was very musically inclined and loved to play the piano and sing. She also enjoyed fishing and bowling and spending time with her family. The family will receive friends at Fink Funeral Home, 426 Crain Hwy S. in Glen Burnie on Sunday, January 8 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM where services will be held on Monday at 11:30 AM. Interment Baltimore National Cemetery.
