Deborah Ann Allen, "Debi," a long time resident of Pasadena passed late on May 17, 2018. She was 64.
Born in Baltimore as Deborah Ann Dietz she is the daughter of Bernard Dietz and the late Carolyn A. (nee Altman). A resident of Dundalk in her early years, she shared a childhood with her sisters Barbara Mann and the late Patricia Dietz. Deborah is a graduate of Patapsco High School.
She later moved to Glen Burnie and then Pasadena where she raised her family with her late husband David E. Allen. Debi really enjoyed being a mom and spent many years raising a family. She was a painter and liked to draw but also enjoyed listening to music, singing, dancing and concerts. Deb loved the beach and really enjoyed eating candy. She also had a passion for breeding dogs and was fond of many breeds. Later in life she took a career outside of the home as a driving instructor which she was active in for a decade.
Surviving her are her daughter Sarah and husband Bryan Shanahan and her son Jacob Allen. She is preceeded in death by her eldest son David R. R. Allen. She is also survived by her grandchild Gavin McCann who knew her as "MiMi," and a newborn grandson Nolan Shanahan.
