Sadly, on March 2, 2024, Linda C. Stanton passed in the presence of her family. She was 69.
Born in Baltimore she was the daughter of Nelson J and Margaret F (nee' Buttersworth) Crocken. She came to Pasadena in the 1960's and has lived there since.
A devoted believer in Jesus Christ, Linda was a member of the New Life Assembly in Baltimore. During her working years she was a waitress for various restaurants most notably Double T . Diner in Pasadena. Linda liked to go to flea markets and yard sales and enjoyed thrifting. She particularly like acquiring purses. She liked to travel in the DMV and Pennsylvania and had a taste for Thrasher's French Fries. Linda especially loved spoiling her grandchildren.
Surviving her are is her dear husband of 51 years, William "Bill" Stanton who will sorely miss her. Linda is also survived by her loving daughters Jennifer Masters and husband John, Amy Stanton and Melissa Plummer as well as a devoted son William E. Stanton, Jr., and wife Michaela. Linda will be missed by her beloved brother Nelson Crocken and brother-in-law Kenny Zink and joins her late sister Gloria Zink in passing. She will forever be cherished in the memories of her grandchildren Sophia Masters and Lily and Sadie Stanton. "Gracie" the cat will miss her devoted owner and Linda will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
